I've given them time, as I first requested these things about a month ago. I've been dissatisfied with both STARs for years.

There comes a place where the cable provider for that area just doesn't have a choice. If an Intellistar is not necessary, the cable provider is going to be forced to have a legacy STAR at that location, imp.
