I have gotten e-mails in my live account demanding i make an IntelliStar or WeatherStar XL National Map with the counties, They said i should go on twctodayforums.com to talk to others.

They are really demanding that i make an IntelliStar or WeatherStar XL National Map with counties.
What shall i do?
I don't even know how to make maps.
