Attachments getting deleted/corrupt

I notice after a few months after attachments here are uploaded, they either get deleted or corrupt that I can't open them. Can this get fixed? I assume the attachments cannot be restored, but can this get fixed so it doesn't happen in the future?

A while back we had a bug when upgrading the forum that made all attachments from that point on corrupt. Are you indicating newer uploads from within the past month or so no longer work? If so please post the link/description of them. Thanks
