Title: The "Supposed" Pilot Episode of ICHT

In April 2005, TWC was working on the pilot of a special that would becom It Could Happen Tomorrow. It was about a Category 5 hurricane hitting New Orleans, LA.  But Hurricane Katrina ruined the plan and the pilot was changed to have a Category 3 hit NYC.

No he did mean pilot...as in the Cat 5 hitting New Orleans was suppose to be the first episode of ICHT.

Yes they mentioned this and showed clips from it on at least one future show.
