Oh look, a new TWC show about MY HOMELAND. :3
It actually looks pretty interesting to me. Lifeguard: Southern California is basically about the SoCal Lifeguards and their daily rescues & stuff; it's not their ordinary day at the beach. ;)
Finally, TWC cares for California! I was hoping they would showcase something like that...despite the other non-weatherlike shows TWC debuted, but I think I'm quite excited for this one.
please no smacktalk about this. it just looks interesting in my perspective. show some luv for socal :P FINALLY GETS ATTENTION <3

I frew up.

Don't really have a problem with the program, but its timing. They should really focus on four reality-themed programs per year (1 per quarter/season) and assign them to a season.
IE Coast Guard Alaska for winter, this for summer.

So that I won't hurt Ana's feelings, I'm not going to say anything bad about this show, although I think it has nothing to do with weather.

That's definitely a good idea! Maybe they will consider this?

Sounds like a spinoff of truTV's Ocean Force. Nothing new.

A lot of these shows seem like stuff that should be on truTV or Discovery. :itsok:
The only plausible one is "Hurricane Hunters"

I agree! This shows should not belong on TWC and should be on other networks.

These new long-form shows are just garbage and do NOT belong to TWC
IMO they outta make a new cable channel called WLN (Weather Lifestyles Network) and put the shows there, and revert TWC back to 24/7 weather coverage, just like in its heyday.

Hope they have some nice looking female lifeguards :P

Martin, I'm not ready for the return of Baywatch, especially on The Weather Channel! :P

If only they made it an adult oriented late night show (2am) then we're talking :P
