Tonight, it looks like Abrams & Bettes has switched back to the format where there's a long segment at :40 and two short segments at :50 and :54, much like the current YWT/EE format. I didn't see the first part of the show, so I don't know how they're doing the Weekly Planner now, but the :54 segment is now nothing but a check in with the EE crew and a preview of the next edition of A&B. It kind of destroys the discussion buildup that used to lead into the EE toss, so I wonder if there's going to be less discussion between the A&B crew and the EE crew with the new format.

Apparently it's formatted just like EE now. They just went to break at 6:06 PM CT.

They usually don't take a break until 7:08 PM ET/6:08 PM CT

So this means they no longer don't go right to the LF on :08/:38 after the top/bottom of the hour weather?

Correct. They now go to break at :06 and :36 like every other show.
