When was TWC's best year?

phw115wvwx:
In what year do you think the Weather Channel was at its best?  If you're unsure, just pick your favorite year of TWC programming.

If I only could pick one year, I would choose 1995.  This is the year when "WeatherScope" and "Exposures" debuted.  I would know everything about the nation's weather and the forecast in a nutshell after watching one segment of "WeatherScope", and the "Exposures" series taught me so much about the weather yet only aired once a week for 30 minutes (a feat that I cannot say is true with newer series like "Storm Stories", "It Could Happen Tomorrow", and "When Weather Changed History").  Coverage of the Atlantic hurricane season in that year when 19 tropical storms formed definitely helped out their ratings just like how 2005's season put in a new jolt for the modern days of TWC.  I admit that I'm more biased towards TWC in the 90's, so please feel free to disagree and weigh in your own opinion! I concur with 95. WeatherScope and Exposures were two of my favorite programs on TWC.

yourweathertoday:
The year I would pick would be late 2003, after the relaunch. The new programs that debuted and the Stephen Arnold music made that year, and the 2003-2005 era, the best in my book.

TWCToday:
You know I have been reading Frank Battens book on TWC and it seems like years leading up to 97 were the best years for TWC.

Anistorm:
I should say, 2003-2008 were the best years. (2009 is going downhill I am sorry)
But I must choose 2005, because it was one year I will never forget. ((Katrina))
