IntelliStar #24842 LDL is not showing local weather data, except for the clock and temperature scroll, while the Longform LDL is working.

McAllen Intellistar #24842 has 2 major issues: #1- In the morning, The intellistar will not display Current condition Reports. #2- At random times throughout the day, whatever is on screen, including the video feed, LDL and LOT8s will freeze and audio will cut off for a second and return for a second and do this for about 3 mins. Please fix this. Thank You!

Intellistar #24842 has been glitching a bit, showing a green square that flashes on the right side corner of the ldl, the ldl pixelates and glitches, and during a LOT8 the Current conditions and sometimes 24 hr. Text based forecasts pixelated and glitched. May need a reboot. Thanks! 
EDIT: Ok, so I just noticed it Glitched, ALOT During the 24 hr forecast narration, and the end of the narration, and also at the end of the 7 day forecast and summary. I really think it needs a reboot!

Our Intellistar 2 has been down for 2 days now, and I don't know the STAR ID But I know the channel it's on: 1364 on Time Warner Cable in McAllen, TX.

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / Brownsville, TX Intellistar #24845 stuck on an older update

While vacationing, I noticed that The Brownsville intellistar #24845 is stuck on a previous update. After the local ad is displayed, weather.com shows up under the Weather channel logo during LFs. Also local weather Information isn't displayed during a Local on the 8s Squeezeback and just shows the national feed. Thank You!
