Am I the only one who actually feels somewhat sorry for the kid? I mean I give all due respect to the 20 some people who were killed in the tradegy and what he did to solve his problems was just absurd, but he had a disability and his mother should be taken the blame for not taking the proper care. Otherwise none of this likely would have happened.

I also completely agree with Jesse with the media overusing disability terms...

Individualized autism care is not cheap whatsoever. She could have only done so much for him. Also, with this comment alone, you have managed to alienate me away from the forums. Congratulations.

I must say I really like the format of First Forecast, with their shorter commercial breaks compared to the other shows. Plus it's mostly straightforward weather forecasts

I have to agree with you on this. Reynolds Wolf does an excellent job of running this show on his own. Everything flows smoothly.

Cantore and Steele were a great pair indeed it was one of the few live programs Ive watched on TWC in 2009 especially during Vortex 2. Robinson was let go when again?

I believe he left on his own terms in December 2009.

Yeah, I think Kevin chose to leave after his contract expired.

This is incorrect. He got a chief meteorologist job I think in Ohio at that time.

Is this real? Kanye West on TWC's studio set? Oh I miss Robinson and Steele...they were a nice pair to watch
The Weather Channel's Cantore and Steele Kayne West Spoot

That was Terrance, one of the producers who speaks in the IFBs... I miss Cantore and Steele though.... It is sad also that Kevin Robinson was left without a show when the July 2009 changes came around so they placed him on the 7pm Weather Center.

I'm angry that the media is continuing to put a stigma on the Asperger's Syndrome diagnosis, making it seem like this diagnosis will make someone go on a murderous rampage in the future. I'm fed up and I had to turn off one of my local newscasts because of it. I more than likely won't watch them again for a long time.

I'll actually be out of town on Friday for the holidays, but I can still participate    I'll set up a timer recording on my DVD recorder from 4 to 5PM PT (7 to 8PM ET) but I won't be able to post my clip until Christmas Day or the day after.

NBC didn't decide to put the peacock in Comcast's logo. Comcast decided to do it on their own after an internal vote amongst their voting board.

The icons were last changed in 2010, so changing them after 3 years isn't really feasible for Standard Definition.

I watched it, but stopped watching it around 12:00AM. It was a great concert, but I HATE how everyone has been focusing on New Jersey and New York City alone. Jersey this and Jersey that and NYC and NYC that. If it wasn't for Billy Joel, Long Island would have never been mentioned, other than Long Beach. And what about Connecticut, or Maryland?

New Jersey and Long Island were the hardest hit areas, far more than Connecticut and Maryland.

Excuse the double post, but anybody wanna take a crack at what's wrong with this?

HINT: Think about the colors being used or not used.

Should we worry that there could be a white Christmas in Arizona and Florida as well? It seems the gray color is supposed to be "Not Likely" and that the white color is supposed to be "Possible"
