I was installing super web cam and I got an error message saying it's incompatible w/ XP.

Alright, I open the emulator, everything is fine until I get to the radar. Then it loops non stop, and doesn't move on.

I have it set for STL, and I'm getting Norfolk for the CC page. However, for the rest of the items in the "Your Local Forecast" is STL.

Okay, the emulator is now working fine, but it doesn't start up right, the radar sometimes freezes, and the first CC page gives my Norfolk.

Now that the key issue is fixed, now I have this.
I open the emulator. Everything is okay until I get the radar the first time. I loops, then when it gets in the current conditions, i get this error message:
