Exactly.

Here is a more specific rundown of what happens:
1. I open the emulator.
2. It says my key expired.  The only option is "Enter Key"
3. I click "Enter Key"
4. I click cancel witch closes the program.
                       or
5. I enter my old key witch is obviously invalid, an error message pops up, the only option is OK.

I'm in the same situation as tripfan28.  I uninstalled the program, and downloading it in IE.  Let's see what happens.

Ok, I installed the update.  I opened the emulator, entered my STAR ID, and I got the message that said I need a need key.  I clicked "Enter Now" and entered my old one.   Then I got the error message and had one option "OK" I don't see "Get my key"  Is my key pending?

That's to bad the site folded  The site was doing well, then it suddenly folded.  Anyways, check out SS8's partner site from Andrew http://twccentral.com/default.aspx  That site will fold this summer.

Also, they said they won't stream until 1/1/09, but the site still should be up.  Let's see what happens then.

Speaking of live stream, there stream is still up here:

but it isn't current.

On one side of me says the site folded, on the other hand, they may continue soon.

Overall I like the emulator! 

-Initial Installation- Could have been a bit easier.  I wish there was a faster way to get a key, and they wouldn't expire.

-Configuration- For the most part it's easy.

-Packages Available-I like them a lot.

-Technical Support-It takes too long for support. On average it takes 24 hours for one problem.

-Discouraging Factor- Slow Support, and keys

-Reusage Value- I like using the emulator.

-Personal Value - It is a fun thing to run.
