Everything Else TWC / Holiday Inn Logo?

Last week, during the weekly planner on the last hour of F1rst Outlook, I saw a Holiday Inn logo going over Kim's face. The same thing with Heather's, too.


Is this something that's cued by IntelliSTAR 24131, because it didn't do it on the HD feed.
