OCMs & Personalities / Re: Marshall Seese to retire in November

I think it will be a Heather, Nicole, and Kim pairing at least until they get a male replacement, and like tpirfan28 said they need some new blood fast. It'll be sad to see him go. :cry3:

They're showing one of my favorite episodes of MITM where the family finds out that the neighborhood throws a block party to celebrate them leaving for a few days. I still can't believe they have been doing that behind their backs for 5 years!

Right now I'm watching Family Guy on Adult Swim.

11:00 "Running Mates" (2000)

11:30 "There's Sonething About Paulie" (2000)

Back when this show used to be good.

Offtopic here, but I just realized I usually watch
The Simpsons at this time since summer break. After this I'm watching Malcolm in the Middle on FOX 5.

OCMs & Personalities / Re: More on Bob Stokes's departure?

It goes to show you that everything can be peachy on camera, but can be another story off camera. I would have never imagined Bob Stokes doing something like that, but it would explain why Hillary messed up so much on camera when they were working together.

It snowed twice today after the noontime. A big surprise since there wasn't supposed to be any.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for or not but Heather Tesch was the weekday early morning met. at WCCO in Minneapolis in the late 90s and early 00s. And she was TERRIBLE. She looked a lot different (somehow ten years ago she looked twenty years older than she does now) but that was the least of her problems. She had the most awkward presentation ever and was always stumbling over words and didn't speak very clearly...her tone was especially weak. You can see some of this in youtube clips from the early 2000s. I can't emphasize how awkward she was, both in delivering the forecast and interaction with the anchors.

When she left I almost assumed she was fired, because she simply wasn't good at all. The other 3 morning mets on other stations were superior. Imagine my surprise to see her turn up at TWC, hosting YWT. I can't believe the transformation not just her looks but most importantly her presentation...a complete 180 turn. It's unreal and I've always wondered how she was able to so dramatically improve.

I saw a couple of videos of her on YWT on youtube while she was doing the Weekly Planner During Christmas 99' and 00' and she did sound very dull like, but her appearance didn't seem too different to me except her hair. I figured she just didn't want work on Christmas.

I did. I said "Is this the first time a tornado ever struck downtown Atlanta?

This is the first time a tornado has gone right through Downtown Atlanta in history, but there have been a couple of tornadoes to hit around the area.
Read before you post!

What are you talking about? I did read before I post and noone responded to the question.

 there was because dr forbes said a tornado was comfirmed at hartsfield-jackson airport @ 6:12pm est

There was no tornado, maybe a microburst. I watched a special report on our local news and my grandma and I were about to take shelter, but the storm started falling apart once it got near Six Flags. That's a good thing about living here, it's like there's a brick wall around us.

Thunderville, NJ-

Weather Channel- don't have a damn clue
WxScan- what's that??

That's basically the digital cable version of The Weather Channel's Local on the 8's that runs 24/7 with occasional commercials, they also run full length songs and when it debuted it ran mostly full length Trammell Starks songs.
