does this exist? I want to look up old severe storms I observed. Some of which happened to Tennessee back in 2000 and I need some data.

As a result of a dream I had a few days ago where I was asleep on the bridge of a mighty warship in the sky, bathing in sunlight, I found myself feverishly looking for the name and artist of the song featured in that video, since it is what provoked this interesting dream. Since then this song has been stuck in my mind, calling out for its owner.
Any help would be much appreciated.
