Oklahoma City hit 112 today and is expected to reach that temp tomorrow. I don't think I've EVER seen a temp that high for OKC area.

That being said, what has been the hottest temperature recorded in the US so far this year?

Not sure if anyone has seen this article before, but a local Florida news site published an article about TWC's recent changes. It gives some insight to the reasons and plans for all the recent longform on air.

General Discussion / For those who still own VCRs

Would any of you guys know how to record video from a computer and put it on VHS? I dubbed in some lfs on my computer and I want those clips on tape so I can play them on my VCR. Do I connect an a/v cable between the laptop and VCR? Then do what? If anyone could help me out with this it would be great. thanks

Does anyone have copies of the Q1-Q3 1998 playlists? I can only seem to find the April, July and October 1998 playlists. Didn't they use quarterly, rather than monthly lists? I remember a few songs by Brian Hughes and Chris Camozzi  as well "Hummingbird" by George Winston but I don't see them in those 1998 playlists. Anyone can help?

Mods, please move this topic if this is the wrong place but does anyone who does this music used in the Live By It promo from 2001-2002? In 2001, it was a clip of a woman waiting for a taxi with her umbrella on while standing in the rain. I remembered finding a full, narrationless 45 second clip of the song on YouTube but I can't remember which video it was as I favorited the video on my former YT account.

Does anyone remember the LIve by it promo with the lady for the taxicab in the rain? They used the promo with the distinct music in 2001. I found the full 45 seconds of narrationless music of that theme but since that was favorited on my old account, I can't find it anymore. Anyone remember which intro I'm talking about? I can't find it on YT

It's been a few months since Weatherscan was available in a few select Dish markets in the West. Do these markets in areas like Phoenix, Tucson and Salt Lake City still have them? Are there plans for it to roll out to more markets? Perhaps in the east?
