UPDATE: A completely different glitch occured on the 7:58 PM LF; this one was even stranger than the 7:28 PM error. The LF worked properly for about 2 or 3 seconds, and then the area on top of the LDL turned black, and then turned gray. A national map (seen on 1-minute LFs) then appeared, and the LDL froze at the same time. About a half second later, Trammell cut in - and it stayed on the Trammell feed for the rest of the LF. I wonder what the hell is going on with the HD LF.
For a few seconds after the initial trigger of Trammell at this LF, the HD LF returned again (frozen on one of the spinning-globe transitions), but only for a split second before Trammell came back.
Also, this is the 7:48 error
HD Local Forecast Glitch - November 29, 2011 - 7:48 PM ET
Did anyone catch the strange glitch on the 7:28 PM HD LF? The LF started out properly, but just as the NE region radar was transitioning into the weather for tomorrow, the radar froze; and the LF remained stuck at that screen for most of the local forecast (with the exception of the LDL, which was working properly)It happens occassionally.
Carol of the Bells is not on the playlist.I thought I heard it play for a few days.Personally, I didn't see a problem in playing a couple Christmas-associated songs at the beginning of November.I'm surprised that it only played for one day until TWC took it offIt kind of gets you in the mood for the holiday season. I'm surprised that it apparently created such an uproar that TWC would take it off the playlist, and Eric would tweet about it.
I guess some people don't want to be in the holiday spirit yet.

I heard the Home Alone theme along with Carol of the Bells at the beginning of the playlist.
Hi Victor,
There is no reasoning for that song to miss the 2 minute locals – it is just the luck of the draw. The new Sourcebook plays through the entire set of 10 songs in order, then re-shuffles and plays them in order again. The old sourcebook re-picked from the pool of 10 songs for every local, so the same track would often repeat back to back.
Each song only plays about 2 or 3 times every night, and since there are fewer 2 minute locals during prime time (the :28 and :58s in Prime are usually 1 minute). Just for fun, our team pulled today’s programming log – and the song in question (02332 below) is playing at the 6:58 PM local. So you will be hearing it.
Thanks,
Melissa
I am happy to announce that I completed my first solo flight today in Grand Forks. It was cold, and there was ice around the airport, but three landings and it was done. You can fly aircraft?
