I am expecting more violent tornadoes to occur in the eastern half of the USA, particularly in the mid-atlantic given the warm and humid temps we've been dealing with (or will be since its supposed to hit 72 already on Thursday!)I don't get it. Are you saying tornadoes will be just as bad this year from last year?I said that I expected this year to be just like last year in terms of severe weather, including tornadoes. We're coming out of a La Niņa winter, which has already been linked through research to more severe weather activity over the United States.
