Cheryl Lemkee was doing some field reporting in the heavy snow/sleet last week. I tried to upload this last week, but my wireless connection kept randomly dropping out. Since I got my router yesterday, I didn't have that problem today. It's not a long report, but I thought it was interesting to see her do some reporting outside. Not saying that she didn't, but I can't recall a time she did field reporting when she was at TWC, then again I have a fuzzy memory sometimes anyway.

Yeah, one night in the summer here in Monroe, MI the low didn't drop below 80 or 82.Oh yah.It's not by much though. Note how small the red dots are over your area. That means it was just a degree or two above normal. You're looking at just high temperatures, but what about your lows? In the end, the average temperature from each day is what counts. I know my area broke all kinds of records for low temperatures being so high back in summer despite only having a few high temperatures breaking records.I'm surprised the midwest is red. It certainly didn't seem above normal. We had record snows in winter and our summer was rather cool. There was hardly any days above 90, let alone 100.

I've been hearing a lot of the production music used on TWC also on the foodnetwork channel.I have heard production music used on TWC on several channels. Whoever makes that music probably makes a decent salary.
I don't mind the more 2003-2007 type shows, (except for FE), but I'm really interested to see what Weather Caught on Camera is all about. Of course though, live programming is my priority.I knew Impact TV was on TWC. I never watched it though, so I forgot about it.So how is it new?
Anyways, i dont mind the schedule.. honestly if i wanted an LF so badly I can open up after effectsits good to see shows like FFN back
at least it isnt repeats on FE or climate code.. but I would like to see ICHT on as well, very interesting stories
My belief is that society needs to relearn how to get along with one another. Because acts of kindness and simple respect seem to be lost at times in this world, people can turn to some unhealthy addictions like what you all mentioned above to find comfort or even an escape from a harsh reality. Many addictions are caused by something fundamental that is missing inside a person emotionally, socially, or psychologically.I wish society could hear that very statement. It would really make people think.
Value your friendships and loved ones, and always look for ways to give and earn respect from others through simple acts of kindness. I really believe that would help a lot of people right now.
