We also get 30 hours, though here, one snow day is equal to 6 hours. (5 snow days per year, less if there's fog delays.)Well, no school here today due to a 1/10" glaze on the roads, below a dusting of snow. That's all you need to close school up for the whole day. Only 1 "snow day" left until we have to go longer this summer...., and I haven't even seen any good snowstorms yet this season. :/Wow, your school district has used up that many? We've had one day off so far this season in Haslett (December 13th). I think the state (not completely sure how it works) allows 30 hours per year, which translates into 4 days and one two hour delay (not quite a fifth day).
