I heard a song play at 5:38 PM ET that sounded in a way like "Seventh" by Fred Gross, but with a more alternative sound, and was vocal.

Despite the lack of widespread severe weather today, TWC has not aired any longform programming, from what I have seen. They are definitely scared that DTV could drop them. Hopefully this instills in the minds of the management of TWC/NBC/Comcast that live weather is the best way to go; both for the viewers and for TWC's ratings.

0°F and Mostly Sunny. This is the first time we've hit 0°F in nearly 48 hours. Our minimum temperature during that time was -15°F, with a minimum wind chill of -44°F.

We picked up 10" of snow from yesterday's winter storm, deepening our snow pack to around 17".
Now, we're at -9°F with a wind speed of 24 mph, creating a wind chill of -36. Lows could dip to -20°F tonight, with wind chills between -40 and -50°F

Temperatures could fall to near -20 on Monday Night, and not even get out of the negative single digits on Tuesday. Wind chills are also forecasted to be around -40 in my area!
