It will be interesting to see, however I'm a pretty firm believer of the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Hurricane Central / Re: Hurricane Isaac

The remnant low pressure that was once Isaac drifted back southward and is now over the northern Gulf. It has a 40% chance of redevelopment.

People that may be illiterate or blind may need to hear the narrations on the local forecast, but with vocal music, it can be rather disrupting.

I took these pictures of a supercell about 15 miles to my south (near the MI/OH border closer to Toledo) back on July 7.

At least they understand that vocal music is very unprofessional and very inappropriate to play during major severe weather situations. If only they knew it's not right to play vocal music anytime...just doesn't fit well on the lf.

I took a walk down Blue Avenue West where Along The Way I met an Animistic man. He knew of a place where people are Chillaxin', which was way over on Club Street. Before walking all that way, I thought I would stop to get Cool In The Shade, and, If I Could, get something to eat at the Golden Soul resturaunt.

That's a really good one.
Thanks!

I'll do another one:

One Fine Day I was Crusin' Route 66, and I got off near Los Angeles to Beach Frolic on the coast of the Pacific ocean. I had such a great time there, that I wanted to stay All Summer Long. However, I had to go to Malibu to see my grandma, so I got on Route 101. Along The Way I saw a car that had a piece of metal dragging on the road, producing Sparks. Once at my grandma's house, I was Walking Through her front door, and saw her dog, Buddy, nibbling on his chew toy.
"Buddy, look who's here! It's my grandson. Stop chewing on your toy, You're Always Around it. If I Could, I would take you for a walk, but my knees aren't what they used to be." Grandma said
"Grandma, at the Break Of Day tomorrow, I could take Buddy for a walk." Matthew suggested
"Thank you, Matthew, that would be nice. Why don't you come into the kitchen, I have Pork Rinds and Brandy on the table, as well as Green Onions. Grandma said

To be continued...

Penn State, regardless of the scandal, it's still a pretty good school for meteorology from what I heard. University of Oklahoma is still #1 on my list of colleges to apply to in a couple years.

Thunderstorm or 3 inches of snow?

In addition to KDTX (Detroit/Pontiac) serving SE Michigan, there's also 3 other NWS offices in Michigan:

KGRR (Grand Rapids, MI) serving *most* of SW Michigan
KAPX (Gaylord, MI) serving the Northern Lower Peninsula of MI.
KMQT (Marquette, MI) serving the Upper Peninsula of MI.

Also, KIWX (Northern Indiana) serves the southern-most tier of counties in southwest Michigan from Berrien County (the Benton Harbor area) to Hillsdale County.
