I know it's WAY early, but does anyone have an idea of the 2012 Presidential candidates?

I'm hearing rumors that Sarah Palin wants to run for president. (totally doubt that.)
Here is what Sarah Palin is doing... she is neither denying nor confirming her presidential run because she knows she can keep up the media hype and interest that way. There is no way she will win a presidential run and everybody knows that. She really is a somewhat clever person and knows how to make $$$ off of her political views. I think she is smart enough not to run for office.
she acts more like she's a celebrity than she does a serious politician to me.
So does Obama in that regard. Appearing on The View, The Late Show, The Daily Show isn't very presidential imo <_<

In other unrelated election news.... Keith Olbermann has been suspended  :worship: :worship:
Obama was on the Daily Show? The comedy one? How unprofessional...

I hope everyone in Haiti is alright...although I can't imagine tents withstanding hurricane-force winds. Hopefully things weren't as bad as predicted.
They weren't. Hurricane force winds stayed well off shore. 6 people were reported to have died from storm related conditions. I imagine that number pales in comparison to other health and environmental conditions. Haiti got lucky
Good, at least not too many people died. 6 is nothing compared to the 100,000's back in January.

The U.S. has been falling back/springing forward since 1966.

Snow update:  really coming down, and sticking to non-pavement surfaces.  Keeps up like this and it'll be measurable in inches.
You guys are lucky in that southern Lake Michigan snow belt. Here in Monroe, MI, we haven't seen any snow yet this evening...

The center of circulation has already passed by most of Haiti, except the rain will still continue. Some of the southeast Bahamas may get the brunt of this unseasonably powerful system.

I wonder why PM Edition is only on weekends. Maybe because they wouldn't have enough time to air it...

Local Forecast / Re: November 2010 playlist
« on: November 05, 2010, 11:41:24 AM »
I bet this will keep up. Most people do not even know there are playlists that change every couple months. I'm sure if I asked someone that watches TWC, but isn't into all of its inside information, (about 99% of viewers): "Do you know something is wrong with the local on the 8's playlist?" They would reply: "Huh? No... I don't know..."

Point: Most viewers won't even tell a difference.

I agree, only 08's playlist lasted for 2 weeks. I must say though, they should use new songs, not the same old all the time.
Actually I like having just the older songs. Its a sort of tradition. :)
Right on!
