Nice! I like all four of the instrumental songs. Also, I haven't heard "Yen on a Carousel" on TWC since the May 2009 playlist! Nice few additions!

You can't help but wonder what she thinks about the new "changes" to TWC...
That's exactly what I was thinking. The last time she was on air at TWC, the network was a lot better (well, compared to now.)

I wonder if she's been working at TWC since March 2012, when the affiliate KXAS in Dallas, TX laid her off.

I heard "What I Got" in the movie "Fun with Dick and Jane." However, the lyrics played in the movie.

Severe Weather / Re: MDT Risk - April 17th
« on: April 18, 2013, 05:55:43 PM »
A PDS Tornado Watch was in effect in north/central IN and far SW Michigan earlier today...but it busted big time (in addition to the general moderate risk.) Too much convective debris limited CAPE to mainly under 500-1000 j/kg. That's why the low level winds weren't transported to the ground efficiently during the storms (or at least as widepsread as forecasted.) The atmosphere was well mixed, however, and we had gusts topping 40 mph throughout the day, with partly to mostly cloudy skies, high temperatures around 81, and dew points around 63 in the Monroe, MI area. Low level shear was decent, with 45 knots of 0-1 km shear, 200-300 or so m2/s2 of 0-1 km storm relative helicity, etc. A few places just to my northwest had 65 mph gusts with the squall line, though, and a decent shelf cloud was visible across the entire area. My county was under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, but the strongest winds didn't reach the ground (we had some 40-45 mph gusts, though.)

Everything Else TWC / Re: General TWC Discussion

They're going to air more "original" shows? I guess that means they're going to bring back Evening Edition, Afternoon Outlook, Weather Scope, etc... Those were just a few of the "original" shows. How can they call new longform "original"? That's a contradiction.

Have you guys ever noticed that on the text based forecast, when the high or low temperature ends in a "0" or a "5", it will read "around" or "near", for example, "High around 60" or "Low near 50." That's a pattern I've been noticing for several years.

Wouldn't "When Weather Changed the World" be essentially the same as "When Weather Changed History"?
Honestly, TWC does not need anymore new shows.

For those wondering how i lost 87 pounds its thanks to my dietician for this meal plan.

7am: 1 cup of bran flakes with 1 cup of 1% milk
9am: Apple with 1 cup of water
11am: Toasted Deli Sandwich with 1 slice of deli and 1 slice of cheese on light white or light oatmeal bread
1pm: same as 9am
3pm: same as 11am
5pm: 3/4 cup of frosted mini wheat's with 1 cup of 1% milk

Also I've been walking a 1/2 mile a day around 12pm everyday (I'm looking to add another 1/2 mile walk at 4pm starting in mid April when it's warmer out).
That's great! I lost 50 pounds over the past 2 years from just cutting down on the sweets I like to eat, as well as excercising more.
2 years ago, I was 14 years old, 6'4", and weighed 245 pounds.
Now, I'm 16, 6'5", and weigh 195 pounds.

One evening last week, the emergency TWC satellite feed kicked in, and was playing "Oscillate Wildly," a back-up song.
