Starting tonight, they've also been taking and encouraging instant email responses to things they talk about on the snow. During the second hour, they took a viewer report about heavy thundersnow just north of Buffalo with whiteout conditions. They also took a bunch of feedback regarding what animals and shapes the two parts of Michigan resemble.

To my surprise Cantore Stories is apparently scheduled to re-air tonight at the same time, 10 PM ET.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it air on Wednesday as well.

They seem to be experimenting with having Carl on EE Monday-Wednesday even if Paul and Jim are working and as long as he's not needed to fill-in elsewhere. I wonder if that's going to continue this week or not.

Nope, apparently it's just Vivian solo with the ICHT/FFN today to lighten her load. I assume we'll be seeing more and more of this in this post-layoffs era.

Speaking of the radio division, TWC had been the provider for WGN Radio in Chicago, but while I was traveling today, I heard Jim Ramsey from WGN-TV giving the forecast instead. I'm assuming TWC has pulled out of WGN Radio...

...so is the whole TWC Radio division pretty much gone?

I heard that the Road Crew and Jeff got axed. 

Does this guarantee that Jeff was axed, or could it just be referring to everyone else in the division being axed, with Jeff being moved into the studio as an OCM?

My favorite era/slogan are Live by it, the 98-01, and Bringing weather to life. However, the current era/slogan didn't go well.

Agreed, those three eras are the ones I like best too. Nowadays they decide to use a unstable format which I don't like. I wish they'd bring back StormWatch and the Lifestyles OCM segments (that featured the pollen maps, etc).

I terms of stability, I think this one is better than the Bringing Weather to Life era, which was even more unstable than this one, IMO, after the start of the 2006 Hurricane Season.
