That turned out not to pan out. The Road Crew was abolished, but they let Jeff stay on as an OCM.

I found this very interesting.Today, our local NBC meteorologist suggested viewers to go to weather.com for updates on the severe weather we may be getting tomorrow night. Could this possibly be related to NBC's buying of TWC?
Yes, a lot of NBC O&Os (Owned & Operated stations) have been doing this for a while now.

Thats true I will miss her a little.
This is interesting, the reason we haven't seen her as of late is possibly because she was sent off in the first wave of cuts.

That's what I read, but AFAIK, she's been around still until I'm guessing last week or this week. I don't think she was a part of the initial layoffs.

...and it looks like Dr. Cullen is gone from TWC. I have to feel bad for her if she was laid off (which I'd assume to be the case), but I'm sure a lot of people will be happy to have her gone. Surely it won't stop the TWC/NBC propaganda from continuing, nevertheless.

Also on that day both airings of Forecast Earth are being replaced by PM Edition Weekend so the show will now run for 3 hours from 5-8PM eastern.How do you see the schedule that far out? I can only see exactly 2 weeks in advance on their site.
