This is really weird, and Steph was using a close-up shot that was way too high up. It looked like she was standing at the middle of the wall based on the curvature at the top of the wall.

This hour of DP is being shot in front of the key wall, presumably because today would be the day that Storm Session would be filmed.

Your Intellistar is not receiving the feed from TWC; the two ads you're seeing are the local ads that are inserted above the Intellistar by the cable company. I suggest calling them and explaining the problem.

As I understand it, TWC in Hawaii went away during the early part of this decade, but they were brought back at the start of either 2007 or 2008 - can't remember which.

Now Zap2It is showing WC with A&B as being a three-hour program until 10 PM ET, after which regular Weather Center runs for the entire night until First Outlook. There's no long-form at night shown whatsoever.
I'm still finding this hard to believe; we'll see if it changes over the next two weeks.
