Back in September, TWC relaxed the dress code for all male OCMs after 7pm on Friday night. Ties are no longer required, and Paul is actually the only one who *will* wear a tie on Friday night. Rich Johnson hasn't worn a tie on Friday night since that rule came into place.

I don't know. I thought I've heard of networks going down for that reason in the past. I guess they can't protect against everything; they can only try.
