I actually got a really good deal on DVD+RWs at Office Depot the other day (half the price I'd normally pay), so I don't mind using them at all. (not like I ever did mind anyway)

During the live teaser for A&B, they just used a satellite map of the West, and it was using the new HD title bar, which looks much like what we've seen in the satellite HD LF/HD LF preview video.

I honestly don't remember the last time I haven't seen EEWC on a given night.

Even on my prom night I was by someone else's house afterward, and I tuned in for a few seconds. I also watched the rebroadcast of the final hour when I got home.

Everything Else TWC / New ads showing the HD studio and new YWT logo

The progressive series of ads for the HD studio launch continues today with a new ad directly promoting the studio itself and showing video of rehearsals. After seeing the real life studio in action, I must say that it does look quite beautiful.

As you'll all see later when you wake up, the YWT color scheme will remain largely the same from the looks of it, but the logo itself and the employment of the color scheme will be completely different.

From paying attention to both the live and recorded airings of EEWC tonight, it actually looks like the lower thirds on the recorded version are a scosh lower such that the letters almost touch the LDL. I guess that has something to do with the video playback shifting the video just a little bit farther down than the original broadcast.

I couldn't help it but laugh earlier around 11:12 CT when it was time for the Travel Forecast. Rich was just standing there tapping his clicker against the palm of his other hand while Sharon was finishing talking. When she finished, Rich stopped the tapping and said something like, "Yeah, let's do it."
