On a side note, it seems that Adam is starting to use "ridiculous" as a buzz word as well. They just keep piling up, don't they, gang?

I can't recall a time where Adam was ever given a chance to host the show. They've even gone so far as to call in Carl Parker on Thursday and Friday rather than have Adam host.

Why didn't TWC have 50,000 reporters at each of these sites? Rather, they sort of neglected the storm by this point. Would things have been different had Ike not been in the picture?

By the end of PME, they changed the color of the remaining horizontal bars to morning blue, which is better, but they're supposed to be white! >_<

My guess is that they're programmed into schemes somewhere, and after Storm Alert, someone set all of the schemes wrong. I wish someone would step in there and get things right; we shouldn't have EE colors during WC and PME, and the desk shouldn't be yellow during Weekend Weather Center. The only show that actually benefited from this was Weekend Outlook, which is now actually using the CORRECT colors; they were using mostly EE colors before these last two Storm Alerts.

I think it's supposed to be hurricane-themed; IIRC, the skies are kinda dark.

BTW, the PME lighting scheme still has the light blue horizontal bars on the left side of the studio while the rest of the studio is using the dark blue EE colors. I hate how much Storm Alert has f'ed up the studio's colors.

Yep, Betty and Sam are now doing the 3 PM CT hour of Weather Center. If the WC package wasn't better than the PME package, I'd suggest making PME start at 3 PM CT, but since that isn't the case, I'd rather it stay as Weather Center.

EDIT: Wait, they're hosting it from the PME desk? What gives?

We can see the TWC|HD logo on the EEWC rebroadcast because it's inserted above the level where its recorded. They need to do something about that, preferably just drop the logo if nothing else.

While Adam was doing the Southeast precip a few minutes ago, Viz locked up halfway through the animation for Wednesday and then crawled slowly through the rest of it. I guess that's what Adam looks like when he has to get up for work on his Wednesday morning.
