I've seen that numerous of times on the IntelliStar when there's severe weather. I think they use that when your area is under a moderate/high risk for tornadoes. That's usually when I saw it.

Yeah, I've seen it on the IS as well, but usually it's worded as "Storms could contain tornadoes."

We only were without power for about 8 days after Ivan hit in 2004. Of course, many other people in the area weren't so fortunate.

Figured I capture a clip of the 4000 emulator v3 as we receive effects here in Pensacola from Hurricane Isaac. I didn't get a chance, unfortunately, to record a clip of the warning scroll that appeared earlier (due to technical problems), but I'll try and capture another one if at appears later on.
