Over the next two weeks I am exploring dedicated hosting options to support the forums, site and exploratory ventures. There may be some interruption with the forums during this process but nothing that should impact users for more than a few minutes. Please report any errors you might receive that do not go away.

I personally am just so disturbed by this. The situation in Wisconsin is a DISGRACE! The people voted for a republican in a fair electoral process. Now the democrats in their state senate have fled the state and are hiding just to avoid voting on a bill that will save the state from bankruptcy. What is this world coming to?! If these representatives disagree with the bill they should vote against it and state their opinion, not throw a tantrum like a little child and run away.
I am also disgusted that the teachers in this state would sacrifice the education of students to go around chanting and partying in the streets. Every last one of them should be fired in my opinion. I am sure there are plenty of teachers looking for jobs in this country.
Am I the only one who feels like this? We have the right to voice our opinions but we must do so in a civilized manor.

PHILADELPHIA, PA, AND FAIRFIELD, CT – January 18, 2011 – Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK) and General Electric (NYSE: GE) announced today that they have received regulatory clearance from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Department of Justice for the joint venture that will consist of the NBC Universal businesses and Comcast's cable networks, regional sports networks and certain digital properties. The joint venture will be 51 percent owned by Comcast, 49 percent owned by GE and managed by Comcast. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of January.

TWC Today News / Experimental: TWCT Wiki

I have been considering adding a wiki to the site for some time because I feel that it would be much easier for users to contribute content and update information. This is purely experimental at this point and time. I know several users here are avid wikipedia users and I would be thrilled if they were interested in providing assistance with creating and managing the wiki.
While of course the wiki is open for everyone I would like to select a few dedicated members to help manage the effort. Those members would become part of the Content Editor Staff. Please post if you are interested in this effort. I am also looking for feedback on this idea and other thoughts/concerns. As mentioned before this is experimental and its continuation will be based on feedback and participation.
