Looks like the overreaction of the Swine Flu has hit my area. A billion posters of WHAT IS THE SWINE FLU AND HOW TO PREVENT IT are posted everywhere I turn (even on buses). Plus, my cousins who live in the border city of Mexicali, told me last night that school was cancelled due to the sickness. They won't be back until May 6 -or- the spread has wind down a little. My eye-lasik surgery (a bit off topic), is gonna take place in Mexicali and idk what's gonna happen if this whole disease or sickness is gonna "eat people up". 

Anyways, the Mexican border 15 miles south of Duck Centro (El Centro) are getting even more serious. Border Patrol agents are gonna suspect every person who feels ill. If you look ill or you show signs of the flu, they will boot you to Secondary inspection. In my case..I do not plan to visit Mexicali...but I wonder how my family are doing as of now. 

Any rate...I'm definetly alerted.

I know for sure that I will not sign up for Biology as dissecting does disgust me. I am better with Astronomy.

How long will TWC's logo stay blue this time?  I would hope until next Earth Day at the earliest.

What, no love for the green logo? 

It's just that I'm so used to seeing TWC's logo being blue as it's always been that way, and my favorite color is blue.  I don't mind green, but I just prefer blue better.

My favorite color is green..but the logo is always blue...and the logo is tooooooo bright!!!!!

I must tell you the truth for those of you who are suffering the heat in the East. I feel bad that you all have to crank up the A/C in April and suffer the 90's. (which it's very abnormal for this time of year). I'm here enjoying the high 70's-low 80's and the weather is perfect! I wish I could just take those temperatures back.

Several countries have reported new cases, including Canada.
BTW I heard rumors last night that the pork in El Centro supermarkets will be removed due to this. I know that is not true.

There has been a couple of cases here in Extreme southern California. (none in Duck Centro yet). But yes I have to be careful. On second thought it can be a little exaggerating, but I still have to take the precautions.

I do live in a city that Mexico is 15 miles south, so I have to be careful to that as well.
