Tornado hunt? Vortex2 ended two years ago
Day Planner 11am-3pm Vivian Brown and Carl Parker.
Weather Center Live 3pm Todd Santos and Alex Wallice.
If they are going to be live all day then I would expect Todd and Alex to be on to 7pm and Crystal and Chris on 7pm-11pm.
Noticed the IntelliStar LDL logo error happened yet again at 1 AM ET this morning
Also, Crystal and Todd on WN today?!
From a TWC press release,
The "Braving the Elements" anthology will feature multiple miniseries, each comprised of four 30-minute episodes, including: "Lights Out," following crews who are the first ones on the scene to restore power during inclement - and often severe - weather; "Turbine Cowboys," featuring the men and women who are pushed to the limit both physically and emotionally as they brave extreme heights and every conceivable weather condition to work on wind turbines; and "Iron Men" (working title), profiling the iron workers who spend their days hundreds of feet above New York City. Additional titles in the anthology will be added throughout the year.
The "Braving the Elements" anthology might be the most boring barely weather related shows on The Weather Channel.
Wow a show about people restoring power, skip.
Wow a show about people fixing wind Turbines, skip.
Wow a show about iron workers building in NYC, skip.
From the short preview of "Iron Men" it's like that show on TruTV about the guys who work on oil rigs that fight and curse all day.
While I have respect for the people who do those jobs I have no interest in reality shows about them.
Just going by yesterday, I'm assuming A&B do the first two hours (7 and 8am) while whoever is at TWC HD studios does the last hour at 9am (which in that case was Maria and Jen). So I guess essentially there's 4 hosts and they use the opener that doesn't include A&B for the other two hosts which doesn't make sense because they've made it clearly obvious that YWT is an A&B show now and have been for almost 3 years.
Today 7am-10am ET Jen did all the 7 Day Forecast segments and Maria did the Weather Headline segments.
So even though Mike and Stephanie are in NYC they are doing some segments from Atlanta.
9am was Jen and Maria only and the studio was very dark. From the desk, to the video wall to the green screen they were all under lit today.
