On my computer after many manual updates and normal runs. The all still result in File Open error

I am changing computers and I need a Kay reset please! My CINE username is WeatherNow. Also on windows xp on my old computer is says: File Open Error

I reinstalled it. With the June update. This is the steps I took:
Start Program-> Get my Key -> Enter Password -> Local Key Generation (Screenshot 1) -> Copy Key -> Paste key -> Incorrect Key.
