Yet another topic from the old forum....
I know this question has probably been asked elsewhere many times before, but this time there's a catch-you can only choose from OCM's of the last 7 years (since 2000). So, whose your favorite OCM of te past 7 years?
For me, its Jim Cantore.

I agree 100%. EEWC was a great show with Hillary and Dave.

I just like it cause its nice not to have a robot talking to you all the time. Didn't TWC take off narration the first
time because "it insulted viewers' intellegence"? And reading every single word doesnt?

I actually don't mind Alexandra. She isn't the best OCM in the world, but she's a good OCM, IMO. :)

IMO, she's not afraid to show off her wealth. She seems like a rich brat, to me. One of those "Im better and richer than
everyone else" types.

I dunno. Personally I don't mind her too much. And I've never gotten the idea that she's whowing off her wealth or anything like that.

I like pretty much everyone at TWC. The only people I really don't care about are Nicol Mitchel, Alexandra Steele, and Eboni Deon.
All the others are fine. I am a big fan of Stephanie Abrams though.

I agree about Dave and Hillary. If Abrams and Bettes can have theirown show, then certainly Dave and Hillary should be able too. :D

I wasn't talking about a show on TWC. I was talking about Dave and Hillary having one of those late night talk shows, like Jimmy Kimmel Live for example.

I like Jim Cantore and Dave Schwartz. Dave is such a cool and funny man and Cantore shows his expertly skills in meteorology during EE.

No shred of doubt for me, I join Michelle in the biggest favorite OCM of them all. That's Jim Cantore.
I also enjoy watching Dave Schwartz, Bob Stokes, Nick Walker, Stephanie Abrams and of course the lovely Jen Carfagno.

Jim Cantore is an OCM that I love to watch. Dave Scwartz is funny and cracks me up and Nick Walker is good at explaining things. Then, who could resist seeing the sexy Jen Carfagno! :wub:

She's the travel analyst on First Outlook. She also sometimes fills in for the travel analyst on YWT, too.

I like OCMs that can go a little bit deeper than "It's raining in Downtown Atlanta, time for Storm Alert!" Cantore and Seidel, as well as Stephanie Abrams seem to have the knowledge to do so. Mike Bettes is just plain cool. 8)
Dave Schwartz can leave me rolling in the floor at times. And Jen Carfagno is...well, need I elaborate any further? :D
Edit: I'm not saying that only the above OCMs "get it," I just feel like there are a few at The Weather Channel that lack in meteorological knowledge.

I don't beleive he's currently on TV. I searched his name on Google and couldn't find him anywhere. Though I did find his wife Victoria, also a meteorologist.

My favorite always was and always will be Jeanetta Jones. I know she wasn't a meteorologist, but she did her job very well.
Next on my list is Paul Goodloe, Warren Madden and Bill Keneely.
I miss Jeanetta and wish her well in whatever she's doing now.

My favorite is Dave Schwartz. It's too bad he is only working in WWC now. I would've liked him back in the late evenings. Marshall and Heather have been a long-time favorite for me, too. It's too bad they're on at 4:00 am in my area. I started to like Mike and Stephanie much mire.
