Title: Which OCM(s) do you think will be the next to go?

Okay, not that I'm bashing all of the OCMs, and I dearly so love them but seeing as if we've had 6 OCMs depart from TWC within the past 7-8 months (partly due to sexual harrasment issues and, now, economic layoffs), but I predict whoever (if any) leaves TWC next will (probably) be due to same latter reason, which so happened to ED :thumbdown: DS :( and CL :cry3:. I'm really not sure, but If I were to predict, it would have to Miss Sharon Resultan. It seems to me they're starting to phase out EEWC slowly and slowly. It's already been cut to one hour, and with Rich (supossedly) becoming a fill-in OCM, and Sharon (apparently) to be doing the former "Yeah, let's do that" show all by herself now, it now makes me wonder whether or not Sharon's (and/or, for the matter, EEWC's) days are numbered as well. I wouldn't be surprised if TWC completely scraped EEWC in favor for a repeat of the 11pm (ET) show, either by the end of the year OR by about one year from right now. But if that DOES happen, and I truly hope it dosen't, either Sharon will be moved to a new fill-in position, like Rich, or she will be cut from the channel altogether after 15+ years.

Anyways, thats my prediction/opinions what are your's? :dunno:

Mike Sidel
Heather Tesh
Bill Kenelly
Jim Cantore
Paul Bigole
Dave Shwartz
Rich Johnson
Sharon Resultan
 
I even think off camera OCMs (Dennis Smith and Stu Ostrio) and the specialty OCMs like Steve Lyons and Greb Forbes are going to get the boot by the peacock.

Paul Bigole? :huh: You must've mean Goodloe. Greg Forbes is a key in TWC. He helped develop the Fujita Scale with Dr. Ted Fujita and is a key expert in severe weather and tornado forecasting. Booting him would be a big no-no.

I don't see any of the high-rated OCMs like Heather, Bill, and Jim going anytime soon. My predictions would be Kristina, Carl, or the apprentice/freelance OCMs.

I agree Jae. I don't think its appropriate to make a guessing game out of people's futures.  :no:
