Does anyone know who Bill Evans is? I got an email from someone asking about his whereabouts. Not being familiar with the name, I assume he joined TWC in recent years.

Zach:
He was never on TWC. He's the former chief meteorologist of WABC-TV and left that position a few weeks ago.
