I was parking my car at the Caesars Casino and was pleasantly surprised to hear "Move on Up" by Richard Elliot play in the garage. ^_^

Hakeem: What's up, Jetsons!
Frank Mitchell: Jetsons?
Hakeem: Yeah, you and George got the same haircut.

On this promo for the BET Awards I heard on 95.7 FM,  if you listen closely, you can briefly hear the drum pattern or sample that Trammell Starks used on one of his songs (I don't know the name, but it is one of his most popular songs).
Hakeem: What's up, Jetsons!
Frank Mitchell: Jetsons?
Hakeem: Yeah, you and George got the same haircut.

Both of those seem like a stretch to be Trammell Starks' Fair Weather.  :dunno:

I never said it was Fair Weather, I said the same sample as Fair Weather.  ;) I have heard that drum pattern in other places too.

Fair enough. Yesterday, I heard Let the Music Play by Barry White on R&B Classics, and at the BET Awards, I heard the original version of We Are One by Frankie Beverly and Maze.

I also heard the "Fair Weather" drum pattern on promotions for PBS station KERA-TV 13 in the late 1990s.

Before "No More Cloudy Days" by The Eagles aired on TWC, which they just did at 3:58PM (Central), I heard it a few years back on KVIL 103.7 Lite FM via Delilah while using one of the public internet terminals at my apt's office. It was never again played after that time, so it must've been aired by Delilah per a special request.

Accuweather played Horizon by Paul Taylor this morning, along with "Red Beans and Rice" by Hiroshima and Kaldoscope by Bryan Savage. Looks like they are picking up the July playlists from previous years
