I just heard a commercial that had background music sounding similar to Moments In Love - Art of Noise, but I'm not sure if it was the same song...

I've heard "Grazing in the Grass" by Hugh Masekela on the following stations in DFW:

 - 98.7 KLUV (before they tweaked it from Oldies to Classic Hits)
 - 100.3 HD-2 The Sound of The Strip
 - Smooth Jazz 107.5 HD-2 The Oasis

These were before the song made it to TWC's current May playlist.
