Thanks to Spotify's Release Radar, I came across "Beyond the Sky," which played in August/September 2006. It is in fact "Keep on Truckin" by Incognito, from their "Just Chill" album. Not sure if it had been released on other platforms besides Spotify yet, but just a heads up. B)

Found it on Amazon. Qickly picked it up and added it to my August/Sept 2006 playlist i have on iTunes
