I don't see it in the video. I see them watching some weather thing, but it's clearly a fake news station.

look closer the first time I saw the video I spotted it right away. and I was not even looking for it.

It's definitely Intellistar v2 footage but with an extra overlay on top to obscure any Weather Channel branding.  Nice find!
