Local on the 8's error from September 26,2015

Back in September i was recording my National IntelliStar the video was between 2:26PM - 2:30PM and the Satellite Provider:Dish Network :rofl2: so did anyone else have this happen? i would like to know  :happy: oh yeah and this is the link to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2yRzEZkc2E there was no local on the 8's
