Is there anyone who can see if this IntelliStar has weird flavors?
Thanks to shaneomac1986 for capturing. B)

Wow, 68 mph on the traffic flow? That's high, my traffic routes never report any higher than 55 mph, even on the rural parts of I-295.

I noticed the strangest thing today. I was watching my intellistar this morning, and the radar was shifted a little more to the southwest with some different cities, and the cities on the 8-city observation list were also different. But then during the next LF, it reverted back to the normal configuration. I wonder what happened...

Your cable company might've switched to a back-up IntelliStar until your normal one is fixed. Did you get the Local WX ID's?

It was really early in the morning, and I don't really pay attention to the IDs. But IIRC, the CC city was the same (Santa Cruz), just the 8 city list and the radar were different. But I do recall seeing a slightly different intellistar similar to this one while at a nearby hotel less than a mile away, so maybe you're right. This is the first time I've ever seen this happen.

I've had a similar situation in late 2005 when I saw the forecast for Flower Mound-Lewisville (#22110). Luckily, it only lasted a week as my area's former IntelliStar (#22107) was being repaired.

Wow, mine didn't last that long. It lasted only 1 LF. I wonder if anyone here has been lucky enough to be switched to a neighboring XL, 4000, or jr while their intellistar was repaired.

Unless they don't have TrafficPulse, I highly doubt it.

I don't understand why my city doesn't have Traffic Pulse on the IS. We're part of the Philly area, and every other city in South Jersey has Traffic Pulse from Philly. I mean, I don't like the extra narration on Intellistars with traffic pulse but it could be quite useful here since everyone commutes to/back from Philadelphia. Also some towns just 10 miles north of us, have Traffic Pulse on their Intellistar but it is based out of New York.  Ocean County NJ is part of the NY metro area though.
