Do any of you think there will be future Weather STAR technologies?
-
there already have been...the HD Star. ;)
-
Besides that
-
I think so...because I can't see the intellistar sticking around for like 50 years. but for the mean time, I do believe the IS is sticking around for a while, until more better technology comes out.
-
My take-the IS is so versatile and expandable that IMO they can easily get another 10-15 years out of it, maybe even more. It just depends on how long its hardware lasts. As with past STARS, I'm sure the IS too is going to show signs of degradation as it begins to age. Its not a matter of if I don't think, just when.
-
Oh! So it has to do with the hardware just like our software on our PC
-
wont there be an HD Intellistar?
-
There already is. :whistling:
-
in development
-
Its not in development. Where have you guys been?

Umm, the local HD Weatherstar is still in development, the satellite LF is a system aside from the HD IS.
-
Ky, what would i do without you! :worship:
-
Its no longer in development. TWC has a contrat with a cable provider and everything. Trust me, if it were still in development, they wouldn't be rolling it out. :sunglasses:
-
They can't change and put a new system! Ridiculous
-
what are you talking about....
-
Of course they can. At least if I understand correctly what your saying.

I thinking he's just posting random crap again to get his post count up <_<

Wouldn't surprise me. I PM'd him earlier about it, so hopefully he'll take my warning to heart. :sunglasses:

It was. Now it seems that Krishnan has taken Gil's place.
Anyway, on topic please. :sunglasses:
