You know I've never thought I would say this but THANK GOD!! I hated those 2 production songs

Prayin' for daylight - Rascal Flatts 8:18 PM

Fire and Rain - Matt Kearney at 8:48 PM. Looks like the same 2013 type songs are playing.  <_< Get ready for lady GaGa.  :hammer:
Has anyone heard an instrumental yet?

I'll take the vocals with the occasional instrumentals over what played constantly the last two months.

The production music still didn't bother me,  rather have it over the vocals only because narrations have returned. Having them both was distracting before, I doubt it will be any better this time around. What did bother me is I find it hard to believe those were the only two tracks (excluding the storm mode one) they had to play from their music library.

You know I haven't heard a ryan farish song yet? Only instrumentals are the 2 production songs. Hopefully there just placeholders until Monday? Also it's kinda hard to tell if there are dayparts. Hopefully we will get the instrumental songs like May 2013. That was my favorite playlist out of all the vocal playlists. Primetime and Overnight was the best.

I agree, or switch to DirecTV. I have DirecTV on campus and WN is just like what TWC used to be

Considering that they fade the vocal music totally off for the narration it makes me wonder why they bothered to add vocal music again?

Hey, at least we have a storm alert theme. So probably on tuesday thru wednesday the vocals will be cut. So now whenever there is a winter storm, severe weather outbreak, or hurricane we will get production music. Compared to last year vocals played during everything but a hurricane.

So far the songs I can identify are:
Mountain Sound - of Monsters and Men
Prayin' for daylight - Rascal Flatts
Called out in the Dark - Snow Patrol
Fire and Rain - Mat Kearney
Tonights the night - Outasight
Golden State - Joywave
and the 2 production songs

If anyone else can identify more just post

I think its a real page because they identified the 2 lot8s production music. And the only instrumentals so far are the 2 production songs.    wish ryan farish would play. He has a new album.

It sounds like TWC is plaing new music (albeit vocal music) for March 2014.

I heard a song play at 5:38 PM ET that sounded in a way like "Seventh" by Fred Gross, but with a more alternative sound, and was vocal.
