Long-form blacked out at 2:38 PM ET and was replaced by the emergency feed until the 2:40 commercial break.

6/30 at 1:59am ET after the Local Forecast we got the backup feed instead of the live Weather Now segment before taped programming.

Saw the EF at 7:50AM PT during "Wake Up With Al."

According to this video (courtesy of MemphisTWC) the emergency feed was cued following an LF when a live weather update failed to appear. It happened at around 2AM ET this morning.
