What errors have you seen on WS3000 or 4000?
1. In 1993 in July to September, on CHICAGO CABLE TV ch 57 Station ID, 1970, When Network Music came for the first time, my weatherstar was out and the only thing that was showing in the national feed of "Travel Chties Forecast" with Dan Chandler's narrating the WS3000 narrition. It have been like that for a few days untill the WS4000 got fixed.
2. In late 93 or 94, My local forecast was playing Dan Chandler's WS3000 narration in the national feed in background of local forecast and the national feed have no narration and you will beable to hear Tri-State weather in backgron on local forecast and the station ID was 2***. The old station id 1970, everything was a little dark. In 93 of network music era, the weather channel went out for a while on my cable service. First they was playing an unknown 2min flavor looping over and over again. We can still the weather channel feed in background untill the station turned light green untill 7 or 8pm ct. The K flavor was playing Norman Connors - Kellies Theme with J flavor narration was playing.
3. In 95 or 96, I had a werid dream of the radar screen didn't have no bannel at the top of the screen, it was a whole map and my dream came true wheen I was looking at the K flavor of 95 to 04 and "Physical Therapy - Wishbone" was playing.

Not really a TWC "error", but my cable company (Warner Cable Communications) did not configure the local audio correctly for the 4000. For the first year or so (in 1992), the 3000's audio feed was used:

Even after fixing this issue, the 3000's audio would still be heard during full screen brown/red scrolls and if the upper display area was not loaded.
Every once in a while, the wrong cable company name and ID number would appear during the station identification videos, but the local conditions and forecast information would still be for this area.
