Local forecast song from mid 1995...remember hearing it when hurricanes were on approach...sounds classical with a lot of strings...

Not postitive but it sounds like the one on the clip below from 0:20-0:42...

That's "Summer" by Gil Shaham. Out of all the "seasons" they played that year, "Summer" was the only one that didn't make my ears bleed whenever I heard it. :P
