Except, that's the wrong title and artist!
The actual song is called "My Heaven" by Gary Brown, and it's available on iTunes (https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/my-heaven/id18763231?i=18763211) and Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/My-Heaven/dp/B00147LUM0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1380414990&sr=8-2&keywords=gary+brown+my+heaven) for 99¢.
This song was played on the 4th Quarter 1999 playlist.

What an incredible find!
How did you even manage to run across this?
-
Wow, this is incredible! How in the world did you ever manage to stumble across this?
While we're talking about Robert McLaughlin, I'm not sure if this was known, but he and Bobby Love are one and the same. Check out his Linkedin profile: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/bobby-love-mclaughlin/26/8b6/790 (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/bobby-love-mclaughlin/26/8b6/790)

On a whim, I used SoundHound on my phone and held it up to my speaker, and it recognized right away!
-
Wow, what a really great find! Has the song just been misidentified for 14 years or what? :dunno:
Also, for the record, there are comments on the two videos of the song on Youtube that suggested the name of the song.

I was thinking the same thing Zach. How on earth does that even happen? You would think TWC would know whose music it was. I wonder if Gary has some connection to Robert McLaughlin/Bobby Love?
Casey, I was gonna guess you used Shazam, so I was close!

This happened a few times in with obscure artists in the late 90s. Lauri Stuble's "Weather or Not" turning into Edgar Struble's "No Rough Edges" comes to mind.

True, but at least in that case you can kinda understand how that might happen, since they're husband and wife. There's not yet an (obvious) connection between Bobby and Gary.
-
Could have just been an alias he used, just like how Frank Josephs and Ray Herrmann have used the aliases CC Gilmore and Samuel Lincoln, respectively.

Seems unlikely. They don't look alike.

Yeah I agree. I'm 99.9% sure they're two different people.

Has anyone been able to find Air, Water (1998), and Fllison (2004/2005)?
-
Air and Water are on Channel Weather, and Fllison on Airwaves
-
Has anybody figured out just how exactly this song had the wrong title and artist? It was even listed as being on a Bobby Love album titled Channel Weather II. Could Gary Brown have had some connection with Bobby Love in 1999 and then re-released it under his own name with a different title in 2003 when the album with it called The Key came out?
-
There were a lot of songs submitted under different names and titles in the late 90s and 2000s. I'm not sure why, but maybe it had something to do with licensing? I just did a quick search, and it appears that Gary and Robert/Bobby are friends on Facebook. So maybe Bobby submitted it on Gary's behalf?

Maybe there was a licensing issue preventing them from using Gary's name so they used Bobby's name who submitted My Heaven to TWC under the title Pleasant Days on Gary's behalf after the latter recorded the song? Maybe it's just like how there were songs Incognito and Soul Café released on CDs submitted to TWC under different titles and under aliases CC Gilmore and Samuel Lincoln for Frank Josephs and Ray Herrmann, respectively. BTW, there did you find the Facebook page suggesting that Gary and Bobby were friends?
