Title: New System for 2010

Next year we will be experimenting with a new system for tropical systems. They will have their own sub-forum. General tropical talk will have its own "general" topic. Invests/Tropical Storms/Hurricanes will have their own topic with the topic name being updated appropriately. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
